Kensington Choices Mortgage range launched

Two different product sets are incorporated into the deal.
Firstly, the Simple Choices range is for "introducers used to prime type propositions" and offers simplicity and ease of use, financial website Mortgage Introducer reports.
The Extra Choices range has rates which have been reduced by up to 1.6 per cent and discounts ranging from 3.95 per cent for one year to 5.19 per cent on a three-year fixed-rate deal.
A buy-to-let package is also available for purchase and remortgage at up to 90 per cent loan to value.
Alison Hutchinson, managing director of Kensington Mortgages, said: "With the launch of Kensington Choices, we have responded to our customers' requests for price-competitiveness, transparency and online functionality."
As well as the new schemes in the Kensington Choices Mortgage range, the company's online facility has also been upgraded, allowing packagers to make direct online application submissions.
