The range offers products at up to 80 and 90 per cent loan to value and both of the packages also have a fee-free option, which is designed to offer greater flexibility.
Stuart Fearn, product development manager at Leeds, said that the new deals offered outstanding value, as well as the stability of set payments over a long period of time.
"It is clear that customers want to lock in good value when rates are low enough and this is another ideal opportunity. We know this will be popular as many customers like the certainty of payment offered by this type of product," Mr Fearn added.
The Leeds Ten-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage range also includes a facility to pay off ten per cent of the mortgage balance without encountering any early repayment charges.
