Britannia Two-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage among offers

A Britannia Two-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage is among the products currently accessible with the lender, with an introductory 24-month rate of 4.89 per cent.

This product charges an administration fee of £100, an arrangement fee of £399 and requires a minimum deposit of five per cent. It also has early repayment charges (ERCs) of one and two per cent of the amount repaid in the opening two years.

Fixed-rate packages are also available for five- and ten-year terms – these offers have set interest rates of 4.89 and 4.99 per cent respectively.

These terms also have ERCs, ranging from six per cent to one per cent as the five-year deal progresses and 13 per cent to two per cent for the ten-year offer.

The Britannia Two-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage and other fixed-rate packages will revert to the lender's standard variable rate – currently 6.1 per cent – when the introductory rate period has finished.

A number of other deals are also available with Britannia, including a two-year discount tracker mortgage, a lifetime tracker and a flexible package.
