Mortgage Intelligence Buy-to-Let Fixed-Rate deals launched

A range of Mortgage Intelligence Buy-to-Let Fixed-Rate deals have been introduced today, with rates starting at 4.89 per cent up to 75 per cent loan to value (LTV).

An 85 per cent LTV rate will also be available, although this will charge an interest rate of 5.09 per cent.

Both of these rates are fixed until June 30th 2009, at which point they will revert to the Bank of England base rate plus 1.95 per cent.

The Mortgage Intelligence Buy-to-Let Fixed-Rate deals have a £599 arrangement fee and charge early repayment fees (ERCs) of five per cent in the fixed-rate period.

A Self-Certified Fixed-Rate offer was also unveiled, with a rate of 4.99 per cent until June 30th 2009, with an 85 per cent maximum LTV, a £599 arrangement fee and ERCs of five per cent in the opening three years.
