Winterthur Life Tailored Selection fund platform announced

A range of 90 funds will now be available on the Winterthur Life Tailored Selection fund platform as part of the company's A-Day proposition.

Some 23 new funds have been added to the company's range and four have been reselected, all of which will be available from April 6th onwards.

The platform covers a variety of asset classes, which will be maintained by a selection process that the company describes as "rigorous".

A number of funds will be available on the Winterthur Life Tailored Selection fund platform, including a Threadneedle Absolute Return Bond and Artemis UK Special Situations package.

It will also offer exposure to the far-east and a connection to emerging markets through funds such as the currently exclusive Goldman Sachs BRIC Equity Portfolio.

"Market trends indicate that post A-Day investors will be looking for greater investment choice and more financially sophisticated products," said Bernard Henshall, investment distribution manager of Winterthur Life.

"Using the same evaluation processes Winterthur Life's Tailored Selection is known for, the new funds have been selected to specifically meet these demands."
