HSBC Two-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage among new offers

Also available are three and five-year fixed-rate offers, two-year discounts and long-term tracker mortgages.
The bank has introduced three different pricing packages – fee free, standard and rate saver – which will offer a variety of rates from a minimum of 4.69 to a maximum of 5.5 per cent across all of the new offers up to 90 per cent loan-to-value (LTV).
For products above 90 per cent LTV, rates ranging from 4.99 to 5.7 per cent will be available, depending on the deal and pricing package taken up.
Carina Kemp, head of mortgages for HSBC, said: "In our new range, we have struck a balance between flexibility and simplicity to ensure customers, new and old, get the mortgage they need without adding to the headaches caused by moving house."
