The Britannia Ten-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage is currently on offer, with an initial interest rate of 4.99 per cent, reverting to the standard variable rate after ten years – this is currently 6.1 per cent.

Shorter fixed-term packages are also available with Britannia, for periods of two, three and five years for interest rates of 4.34, 4.49 and 4.89 per cent respectively.

Administration fees of £100 and arrangement charges of £399 have been set on all of these offers, which can be added to the loan amount.

A Two-Year Discount Tracker product is also available with the lender, with an initial variable rate of 0.1 per cent below the Bank of England base rate (BBR), shifting to 1.5 per cent above the BBR for the remainder of the term.

All of Britannia's mortgages, from fixed-rate to offset savings offers, are also available to customers looking to remortgage.
