The Bank of Scotland One Card credit card is set for launch

An offer of zero per cent on balance transfers and purchases for nine months will be offered on the latest credit card product due for release by the Bank of Scotland.

The new Bank of Scotland One Card credit card will be officially launched on Monday 10th July and will have a typical APR of 9.9 per cent.

Customers will be covered against online fraud when making purchases over the internet and no annual fees will be charged.

If users of the card pay off their balances in full each month they will also be entitled to 59 days interest free credit on all purchases.

Ian Larkin, head of Bank of Scotland Credit Cards, comments: "Many providers will offer 0 per cent on either balance transfers or purchases. We're offering customers both, coupled with a market leading typical APR.

"No other high street provider has such a strong overall offer," he added.

The Bank of Scotland is part of the Halifax Bank of Scotland group which has around 2.3 million private shareholders and has over £540 billion worth of assets.
