Commercial First Mortgage fixed rate option introduced

All mortgage products from Commercial First will now be available with a fixed rate option, the company has announced.

Commercial First's business customers will now have the choice of either a three month variable or a three year fixed rate repayment arrangement, without variations in terms of fees or early repayment charges.

Small-to-medium sized businesses are expected to benefit from the Commercial First fixed rate option as they will be better able to forecast their cash flow given the certainty of repayments.

Stephen Johnson, Commercial First's sales and marketing director, commented: "At the heart of our business is the desire to streamline the commercial mortgage process and offer a range of simple, easy to understand and above all transparent products."

"We feel it is our responsibility to give our supporters the ability to grow and be more successful," he added.

The Commercial First Mortgage company was founded in 2002 and is "dedicated to working in partnership with intermediaries to deliver simple business mortgages".
