Alliance & Leicester Specialist Mortgage range launched

Available now, the new Alliance & Leicester Specialist Mortgage product range includes a three-year base rate tracker and a three-year buy-to-let offer.
The company is also offering 115 per cent buy-to-let rental cover for customers taking up a new mortgage.
Reactions from clients and intermediaries were said to be positive in response to the Alliance & Leicester's specialist mortgage range. This reaction has led to the introduction of the "more comprehensive" range.
Mehrdad Yousefi, head of intermediary mortgages at Alliance & Leicester, commented: "We entered the specialist mortgage market with a view to offering some great mortgage deals."
"As part of our phased launch into this market, we are also extending our distribution network so that all directly authorised brokers and mortgage clubs can now access our specialist mortgage range," he added.
Aluiance & Leicester also offers secured and personal loans among it financial product range.
