Zurich Guaranteed Capital Account launched

Zurich's Guaranteed Capital Account has been introduced and has been tailored to meet the needs of intermediaries who are looking to provide their clients with a secure investment.

Designed for the cautious investor, the Zurich Guaranteed Capital Account provides 130 per cent of growth in the FTSE 100 Index to customers and the term of the account is five-and-a-half years.

The account is guaranteed to safeguard the initial investment which can be anything from a minimum of £2,500 up to a maximum £250,000 investment.

Paul Wright, Zurich's investment management director, explained: "Our previous guaranteed accounts have proved extremely popular, the last version taking over £20 million in investment."

"Intermediaries and their clients appreciate the benefits of an investment that offers both security and stock market linked returns. Early indications suggest that this latest version will continue this trend," Mr Wright concluded.

Zurich are offering customers who apply for an account before November 15th a 0.33 per cent 'early bird' bonus and all applications must be received before December 15th.
