Standard Life investments offers enticing packages

Standard Life investors will now be able to benefit from zero per cent on initial charges on its investment trusts.

The attractive offer is available between March 1st and May 31st 2007, this year's Isa season, and is available for those consumers investing in a trust managed by Standard Life's Isa or savings scheme.

Gordon Humphries, head of investment companies at Standard Life, said that the offer "provides an excellent opportunity for investors to further diversify their portfolios and gain access to [our] broad range of expertise".

Mr Humphries also noted how the group managed up to £700 million worth of funds in a diverse range of categories, including UK equity small caps, commercial property and European private equity funds.

Outlining how the group has won a number of awards in recent times, Mr Humphries said he was optimistic that "investors will be attracted to the offer of free access to such award-winning performance".
