Halifax credit card offers 'peace of mind'

Savvy consumers have until May 13th to take advantage of a new Halifax credit card offer.

The group's One card offers zero per cent interest on balance transfers and purchases for nine months and a low typical annual percentage rate (APR) of 9.9 per cent.

The Halifax credit card also offers customers peace of mind as it covers against internet fraud when purchased online.

First launched in 2004, the Halifax credit card is believed to be an attractive option to both spenders and borrowers, with a low APR meaning it offers consistently good value.

Ken Stannard, heads of credit cards at the group, said: "The Halifax One card has been in the best buy tables for over three years. Customers continue to benefit from both a great introductory offer and a market beating typical APR.

"Anyone wishing to make the most of this deal should act now," he added.
