Between October 2nd and November 30th, those who buy or renew an insurance product from the bank will be entered into a prize draw to win one million Nectar points.
Nectar points can be spent in a variety of ways and Sainsbury's Bank suggests some possibilities, such as purchasing two first-class return tickets to Sydney, a voyage on the Orient Express or a romantic gourmet holiday in France.
Karen Preston, from Sainsbury's Insurance, said: "We are delighted to be supporting the Nectar re-launch and giving our customers the opportunity to win a significant reward.
"The beauty of Nectar is the wide range of treats customers can choose from, whether it's a once-in-a-lifetime family holiday to Australia with £2,000 worth of spending money or a case of quality wine every week for a year."
Insurance products offered by Sainsbury's Bank include those for travel, pet and home, among others.
