A greater number of financial products are now available for comparison including current and savings accounts and health insurance.
There are now 21 different health insurance products from eight different suppliers available, including established names such as BUPA, Standard Life and AXA.
Jeremy Moll, commercial director for comparethemarket.com, said that more than 90 per cent of people make a saving on car insurance when using the website.
"With our new products, customers can be assured that they will continue to get excellent deals," he added.
The site recently advised homeowners to check their liability insurance.
It said this is especially important if the home is a place of business for people such as cleaners, child minders and builders.
Being properly covered protects a homeowner if someone has an accident within the property.
Mr Moll warned that personal liability could apply if someone hurts themselves within a home.
