Three months free from Tesco car insurance

Holders of a Tesco Clubcard who buy car insurance from the provider will get three months of cover without charge, while customers without a card can still get up to two months of free protection.
Anyone interested in the offer should visit www.tescofinance.com and enter their Clubcard number if they have one.
Direct debit payments will be discounted by as much as 25 per cent, which equates to a free three-month period.
Allan Burns, head of Tesco car insurance, said: "We know times are tough and running a car can be expensive."
Yesterday, Tesco warned homeowners to make sure their home insurance cover will protect them from malicious acts of vandalism over Halloween.
It suggested either stocking up on sweets ahead of the night to participate or switching off the front lights and pretending not to be home if one does not wish to be involved.
