According to the group, car owners can offer insurance firms extra peace of mind by keeping their vehicles in lock-ups or garages at night to reduce the chance of them being stolen or damaged.
Choosing a car with a more compact engine is another way to keep down insurance policies, it adds, as big and powerful cars attract higher fees than smaller ones.
