AA Insurance tops Which? poll

Customers responding to a poll undertaken by the publication gave AA Insurance an overall rating of 86 per cent for satisfaction, level of service and whether they would recommend it to a friend.
The 13,400 respondents were chosen from Brits who had broken down within the last 12 months. They also gave the AA five stars for the service it offers when a breakdown occurs.
"Holding on to top position for three years running reflects our ongoing investment in our service and commitment to being a genuine industry leader," said AA Patrol Services director Steve Dewey.
Last week, the AA British Insurance Premium Index found that the average quote for an annual comprehensive insurance policy increased by 3.5 per cent during the second quarter of 2009.
