RIAS unveils new website

RIAS has redesigned its website to support its Better With Age television campaign.

Leigh Calton, head of brand at the over-50s insurance specialist, pointed out that there is an ever-growing pool of senior web surfers so the new site was a response to this.

She noted that they will use the internet to research which financial products to buy and will make a decision from the quotes that they are offered.

"As part of our brand journey and development we have designed our website to enhance our customer experience, and to complement our Brand Response TV Advertising campaign."

As part of the redesign, there is a new customer registration where a customer can be reminded of when their insurance policy is up for renewal and a navigation bar so that they can explore the product range more easily.

Recent research by the company showed that each person over 50 in the UK made a positive fiscal impact of £313 last year, which it compared to the stereotype of the age group which had become a drain on the country's resources.
