Rates start at 5.59 per cent on a variable option and a fixed five-year rate can be secured at 5.5 per cent.
Among the new mortgage products from the provider are loans available with a 15 per cent deposit, as well as those with unique fee assisted options.
"We have looked at this range carefully and delivered some market-leading mortgages that include fee assisted offset options that are unique in the market and provide peace of mind over a five-year period," explained director of sales and marketing at Leeds Building Society Kim Rebecchi.
Unlimited capital repayments are also permitted on the new mortgage products and those who have a smaller deposit can take advantage of an 80 per cent loan-to-value rate.
In October, the average asking price for a property reached £230,184 - a 2.8 per cent increase compared to the previous month, according to the latest Rightmove house price index.
