Fidelity FundsNetwork and Cofunds plan for "painless" Isa applications

Peter Hicks, head of retail sales at Fidelity International, observed that although the online application process was proving popular, many advisers still enjoyed taking time to deliver the form by hand.

Alastair Conway, sales and marketing director at Cofunds, added: "It is a simple case of doing what we can to make this busy time as painless as possible. These last-minute collection points proved very popular last year."

The collection points will be at 13 positions within major cities in the UK and advisers should note that the deadline is 18:00 BST on April 6th.

Retail stockbroker The Share Centre recently found that six out of ten investors plan to use the new Isa limits this year and 75 per cent have already made use of their current allowance.
