AA suggests creditworthy customers should not be excluded

Director of AA Financial Services Mark Huggins made these comments at Credit Today's Credit Summit in London this week, pointing out that demand for finance is continuing to outstrip supply.
In his view, it is up to financial organisations to "work harder" to satisfy the public, but the government could also play its part by ensuring that financial education is a key component in the curriculum for youngsters.
Mr Huggins stated: "Britons are becoming increasingly divided between those who are able to obtain credit and those who either can't, or can only do so at a price."
The AA offers a variety of financial products, such as credit cards and personal loans, but recently added to this portfolio by introducing health insurance in conjunction with Axa PPP healthcare.
