The house building company has announced it will offer the product to its workers, providing them with the same tax-free savings as any other Isa but with lower management charges.
They also have the chance to make payments directly from their pay, which makes it even easier for them to make deposits into the account.
It has been stated that the move will herald in a new method for workplace benefits and provide greater employee engagement.
Tony Filbin, the financial institution's managing director for workplace savings, said: "Regular contribution company Isas (CIsas)are set to revolutionise participation in company saving schemes. It is now possible for employers to take a huge step to drive effective workplace savings forward."
The company has also recently voiced its support for automatic enrolment on pensions schemes, as was announced by the government.
