Intelligent Finance mortgage re-pricing

Intelligent Finance mortgages will be re-priced.

Intelligent Finance has announced a re-pricing of its tracker and standalone fixed rate and mortgages. The restructuring will also see a reduction in arrangement fees.

The changes, which come into effect from March 1st and feature the following:

The 80 per cent tracker mortgage and 80 per cent fixed rate mortgage will have arrangement fees reduced by £100, from £499 to £399.

The arrangement fee for the 95 per cent tracker mortgage will also be reduced from £399 to £349.

The interest rate on the 80 per cent fixed rate mortgage will also change to 5.15 per cent.

Nick Robinson, managing director of Intelligent Finance, said: "We are delighted to be able to cut our arrangement fees in an environment that has seen these fees rise by an average of 40 per cent across the mortgage industry over the past six months."
