Simplyhealth insurance 'strengthens brand positioning'

The long-term brand positioning strategy of Simplyhealth insurance will be aided by a series of new appointments, according to a representative from the firm.

Head of brand development at the company Clark Lee described how it is an exciting time for his team as they drive the brand forward.

His comments were made following the appointments of Caroline Asker, Debbie Hayler and Lynsey Thorp as copywriting manager, traffic manager and public relations executive respectively.

Mr Lee said: "Over the past year we've worked hard to introduce the Simplyhealth brand. These new appointments will enable us to bring more design and PR work in-house."

Between the three new employees, Simplyhealth insurance gains many years of experience from organisations ranging from the Crown Prosecution Service and the Health Protection Agency to ITV and a variety of design agencies.

Recently, the firm's sales and marketing director Raman Sankaran applauded the government for recognising the significance of shared responsibility in a new healthcare white paper.
