Fernando Gasca, head of structured products at the firm, explained that the Cater Allen Growth Plan 7 is one of two new propositions being unveiled by the organisation and offers a return of 90 per cent of any rise in the FTSE over a six-year term.
It requires a minimum deposit of £5,100, which can come from a cash Isa and not be taxed, with Mr Gasca noting that investors will benefit from improvements in the UK economy.
The other arrangement being launched is the Annual Locked In Defined Return Plan 1.
"These products are designed to appeal to investors who are looking for capital security as well as the potential for returns linked to FTSE 100 growth," added the Cater Allen representative.
Last month, the same financial institution brought out a new deal called the Prestige Bank Account, which is aimed at consumers with at least £25,000 saved up.
