Duo of Santander fixed rate mortgages released

The new Best Buy two and three year rates products are fixed at 90 per cent loan-to-value (LTV), with the firm's new two year fixed deal offering a LTV of 60 per cent and a market leading 2.99 per cent rate.
The new deals are available from today (April 27th) and are aimed at helping all sorts of home loan customers, from first-time property buyers to remortgagers and those looking to up sticks this year.
Director of mortgages at Santander Phil Cliff said: "As the 'Home of UK Mortgages' we are committed to ensuring homeowners are able to get the right mortgage for their needs."
Earlier this month, the mortgage provider also announced a new two year fixed rate mortgage with a LTV rate of 75 per cent, as well as a number of reductions on its existing two and five year fixed rate and tracker homebuyer deals.
