Tesco insurance goes on summer sale

The in-store Instant Travel Insurance range is said to be designed to meet the needs of most travellers, including European or worldwide travel, single trip or annual policies, with cover for families, couples or singles.
Those with more specific requirements should call the Tesco insurance travel centre for an individually tailored quote, the company has said.
To qualify for the Tesco insurance schemes, which can be bought at Tesco checkouts, customers must hold a registered Clubcard, have no pre-existing medical conditions and be under 65.
Allan Burns, head of Tesco travel insurance, said: "We all view travel insurance as the necessary, but boring and frequently expensive, aspect of travelling.
"By using efficient sales routes through Tesco stores we are able to pass on savings to our customers giving them more cash to spend on holiday."
The offer runs from May 13th to September 13th this year.
