The Abacus Future 100 per cent has a rate of 5.08 per cent and no overhang.
Victoria Mortgages, Rooftop and Platform are some of the specialist lenders stocking the range of mortgages from Abacus.
Paul Hunt, head of marketing at Platform, said: "Such an initiative is great news for borrowers and we are delighted that Abacus are launching this offer."
The offer runs until the end of December.
