Yorkshire Building Society remortgaging service 'lauded'

Provided to the society by United Legal Services, the Yorkshire Building Society remortgaging vehicle allows consumers to get a quote from the 30 legal firms on its books, based upon the sale, remortgage or purchase price.
The group guarantees that for those customers who get quoted a cheaper price directly from one of the listed, they will reduce the price by a further £50.
Other enticing features of the Yorkshire remortgaging service include guaranteed service standards and competitive pricing.
David Jackson, head of E-Commerce, said: "We are constantly looking to add value to the society's online offerings and the new services we are offering today can potentially save hundreds of pounds and a lot of time.
"Up to now the web is best known for the purchase of consumer goods but the services sector is catching up quickly," he added.
