Aviva Fast Trade 'getting great feedback'

The Fast Trade online quote-and-buy service from Aviva has been praised by the brokers utilising the facility, according to the organisation.

Gareth Hemming, head of Fast Trade at the financial services provider, stressed that despite all the positive feedback about the tool, the company does not intend to rest on its laurels and is looking to improve in the coming year.

The application is the first full-cycle processing system that Aviva has produced for commercial clients, with improvements having been made for residential property owners as well.

Mr Hemming remarked: "With more than 14,000 users trading on the site we're delighted with the feedback we've had from brokers since we launched Fast Trade a year ago."

The organisation revealed that it will be giving away a VW Golf GTI in a fortnightly prize draw taking place until June 30th as part of its celebration of Fast Trade's success.

Aviva recently issued a word of warning to commercial clients, claiming that unoccupied buildings can be at risk of arson attacks and vandalism.
