Pink buy-to-let mortgage launched

A new Pink buy-to-let mortgage is available now, offering investors up to 89 per cent loan-to-value (LTV).

Customers will be paying a rate of 5.19 per cent, which is fixed until January 1st 2009.

There are no early repayment charge overhangs or higher lending charges.

Tim Russell, direct at storm mortgages, said the product would attract first time investors who were looking to pay just a small deposit.

The Pink buy-to-let is available only for purchases and has a maximum loan value of £500,000 per property.

A customer can choose to purchase a maximum of 25 properties, or a total of £3 million with all lenders, reports Mortgage Introducer.

An arrangement fee of £795 is payable for each Pink buy-to-let mortgage, but this is added to the loan.
