Intelligent Finance fixed offset mortgage launched

The Intelligent Finance fixed offset mortgage comes with a rate of 4.99 per cent, which remains fixed until February 1st 2008.

Customers can offset their savings, individual savings account (ISA) and a current account against their fixed mortgage.

Up to 85 per cent loan-to-value (LTV) is available and the maximum customers can borrow is £500,000.

Nick Robinson of Intelligent Finance said: "There are no restrictions on the level of offset savings a client wishes to use against their mortgage and they can undertake lump sum overpayments as often as they like during the life of the mortgage."

The arrangement fee for the Intelligent Finance fixed offset mortgage is £499.

Furthermore, the mortgage is available to both purchasers and remortgagers.
