Leeds 100 per cent mortgage launched

The rate for the Leeds 100 per cent mortgage stands at 6.5 per cent and is variable.
Customers wishing to borrow the mortgage can also take advantage of the one per cent cashback option.
There are no early repayment charges, except on the cashback during the first three years.
Karen Wint, head of marketing and PR, told Mortgage Introducer: "This is a really simple product, enhanced with a cashback, which will help some people - who really need it - buy their first home."
The mortgage has no application or completion fees and customers are also offered a free valuation of up to £335.
