Leeds ten-year fixed rate mortgage launched

A Leeds ten-year fixed rate mortgage has been launched following the latest Bank of England (BoE) quarterly inflation report.

The mortgage comes with a rate of 4.69 per cent and is available via the building society's intermediary network, reports Mortgage Introducer.

Customers borrowing the Leeds ten-year fixed rate mortgage will have up to 80 per cent loan to value (LTV) available to them.

Furthermore, ten per cent capital repayments are allowed each year and the mortgage comes with no application fee.

Karen Wint, head of marketing and PR at Leeds Building Society, said: "It is clear that borrowers want to lock in good value when rates are low enough and this is another ideal opportunity."

She concluded by saying that the product is likely to sell out fast and that she would "urge customers to act quickly to avoid disappointment".
