No higher lending charge is payable and customers can borrow up to 80 per cent loan to value (LTV).
Stuart Fearn, product development manager at Leeds, said the rate was "extremely competitive" and "that they are ideal for first time landlords as well as professional landlords, who may wish to move their portfolio onto a highly competitive discount rate product".
Furthermore, there is a fee free version of the Leeds three-year buy to let discount mortgage, which offers customers a free valuation up to £335 as well as a free legal service for remortgages.
