Leeds Building Society two-year fixed-rate mortgage extended

Owing to reported high demand for the Leeds Building Society two-year fixed-rate mortgage, availability of the deal has been extended.

The interest rate on the offer is to be fixed at a level of 4.75 per cent until April 30th 2007.

A loan to value of up to 95 per cent is available with the package, as well as full portability, should borrowers wish to move at any point in the duration of their deal.

Corporate relationship manager Jeff Kirk said: "We have extended our two-year fixed at only 4.75 per cent, which has proved to be extremely attractive to clients looking to remortgage or purchase."

The Leeds Building Society two-year fixed-rate mortgage range is available directly and also through intermediaries.

Based in the centre of the city since 1886, Leeds Building Society has 58 branches over the country and assets of over £6.7 billion.
