Cheshire three-year tracker mortgage among new offers

A Cheshire three-year tracker mortgage and a two- and three-year fixed rate deal have been introduced.

The launch of these new offers was in extension to the company's credit repair facility, which is intended to help customers with a bad credit history.

Cheshire's buy-to-let and self-certification products have also been extended in order to apply to a wider market.

Self-employed homeowners and borrowers in the investment market are being catered for by the expansion in availability of these deals, according to the building society.

"We know that IFAs [independent financial advisers] are catering for an increasingly diverse market, where individuals are struggling with debt or in obtaining a mortgage if they don't have a standard salaried occupation," commented Andrew Oakes, Cheshire's head of intermediary sales.

The Cheshire three-year tracker mortgage and other new deals and extensions are available now.
