Intermediaries with which Pink is involved will now be offered a support desk which is hoped to help brokers and "support them in finding the right lender for their client from Pink's panel".
A generic enquiry form has also been offered, which is designed to enable Pink's sales team to approach the company's lenders on behalf of its intermediaries and "negotiate the most competitive and flexible terms on their behalf".
The distributor also stated that it intends to allow its intermediaries to offer as broad a range of products as possible to their clients by expanding the range of mortgage providers on its panel.
Currently included among the Pink Commercial Loans panel are Abbey Commercial Mortgages, Bank of Scotland Corporate and Skipton Building Society Commercial Lending.
One of Pink's intermediaries is Mortgage Solutions and the principal at the company Darren Spragg said: "The commercial sector is fast becoming a major part of our business.
"The introduction of the generic enquiry form will save us lots of time when finding suitable deals for our clients."
