Britannia Three-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage among new offers

A Britannia Three-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage is among a number of new offers to be introduced by the lender today, with a 4.74 per cent rate available at up to 95 per cent loan-to-value (LTV).

Customers interested in a shorter term fixed-rate option have been offered a two-year package, which has a rate of 4.64 per cent and is also available for up to 95 per cent LTV.

Both of these products have an arrangement fee of £399, an administration fee of £100 and carry early repayment charges.

The Britannia Three-Year Fixed-Rate mortgage and two-year option are available for remortgage, with rates 0f 5.04 and 4.94 per cent respectively, arrangement fees of £99 and no administration charges.

No higher lending charges will apply for remortgage customers and free first standard valuation and conveyancing services are offered.

A Three-Year Fixed-Rate First-Time Buyer package was also announced, with rates of 5.24 per cent up to 75 per cent LTV, 5.34 per cent up to 90 per cent LTV and 5.64 per cent up to 95 per cent LTV.

Longer term fixed-rate options for five and ten years are also available, with rates of 4.99 and 5.24 per cent respectively, or 5.29 and 5.39 per cent for remortgage customers.
