The launch of the Bristol & West Lifetime Mortgage is focused around the idea that lifetime customers have a full life left ahead of them.
It is hoped by the company that the Bristol & West Lifetime Mortgage will allow its customers to have a good life by promoting the product along with the concept that a "lifetime is for living".
Alison Pallett, head of consumer lending at Bristol & West Mortgages, said: "We have recognised the clear need in the market for a direct to consumer lifetime product and have developed a number of competitive products designed to meet the changing needs of our customers."
The Bristol & West Lifetime Mortgage is one of a range of mortgage products available from the company which is part of the Bank of Ireland UK Financial Services group.
