Threadneedle Investments Latin America Fund special offer launched

An emerging markets investment opportunity, the Threadneedle Investments Latin America Fund, has been made available with limited period special offer.

The Threadneedle Investments Latin America Fund is available at a discounted rate of three per cent until June 30th this year.

Currently the company has £1.3 billion in Latin American equities which is more than any other UK company.

A new manger has also been appointed to run the Threadneedle Investments Latin America Fund and the discount offer can be swapped for the option of taking up the fund with no initial charge.

Julian Thompson, head of emerging market equities at Threadneedle Investments, said: "It is unlikely that the recent pullback in financial markets will significantly disrupt the economic outlook, although one or two smaller markets with poor economic fundamentals may find the going more difficult from here."

Threadneedle Investments is an asset management company and according to its own website its only business is managing its client's money.
