West Bromwich Privileged Membership Accounts launched

West Bromwich Building Society is launching a special account for customers who have been loyal saving with it for at least two years.

The changes will incorporate interest rates, which will now be calculated depending on how long a customer has been with West Bromwich, and the number of products they hold.

This means that some customers, who have either been with the Society for a number of years, or who hold a high number of products, could receive as much as five per cent interest with the West Bromwich Privileged Membership Accounts.

Furthermore, the Society will no longer be providing old-fashioned notice accounts.

All customers holding such accounts will automatically have their funds transferred into modern, easy-access accounts with a 60-day notice.
