Leeds Building Society launches Saver Access Plus fourth edition

The Leeds Building Society Saver Access Plus fourth edition has been launched which is said to combine "a great rate of interest with instant access".

Customers will be able to gain a rate of four per cent for sums of up to £49,999 and for anything over £50,000, the rate rises to 4.25 per cent.

Stuart Fearn, product development manager at Leeds Building Society, said that the account was an "essential addition to a customers investment portfolio".

Mr Fearn also remarked: "The Saver Access Plus account offers an attractive interest rate combined with full access to all funds without notice or loss of interest. This account also offers the flexibility of being available through both branch and postal channels."

The Leeds Building Society Saver Access Plus fourth edition enables customers to make one partial withdrawal during the term of the account without incurring a loss of interest and without the necessity to provide any notice.

There is currently a sale on Leeds Building Society mortgages, including the three-year fixed-rate product that has had its completion fee cut from £795 to £335.
