Friends Provident AlphaSave launched

The new Friends Provident AlphaSave account is now available to all Swedish investors looking to put their money into a range of funds and plan currencies.

Customers will be offered flexibility and asset choice, as well as having the option of investing in one of four currencies.

Euros, pounds sterling, US dollar and Swedish kronors (SEK) are all available to investors and a monthly charge of SEK 40 (£2.82), or the equivalent, is payable.

Paul Tunnicliffe of Friends Provident International said: "I am delighted that we are able to offer the first of our plans tailored to the Swedish market.

"For the first time, we are able to offer support to Swedish independent financial advisers (IFAs) by producing a full range of plan literature and associated sales material, in Swedish."

Investors can access over 40 funds through the Friends Provident AlphaSave account, including ones managed by Invesco, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley.

Friends Provident has branches worldwide and takes pride in its commitment to different cultures, regions and languages.
