Leeds Building Society Two-year Fixed Rate Postal Bond launched

A new Leeds Building Society Two-year Fixed Rate Postal Bond has been launched, the company announced today.

Interest rates on the Leeds Building Society Two-year Fixed Rate Postal Bond are guaranteed to be paid at 5.25 per cent and the bond has a minimum opening investment limit of £100.

Half of the initial investment can be accessed by customers without notice or penalty at any time.

The Leeds Building Society Two-year Fixed Rate Postal Bond is only available by post and pays interest annually and on maturity.

Karen Wint, head of marketing and public relations at Leeds Building Society, said: "We consistently try to ensure that customers receive a very competitive return and the peace of mind provided by allowing access to some of the funds, without notice or penalty."

Leeds Building Society has 58 branches throughout the UK and has been operating out of Leeds city centre since 1886.
